TRADE TABLES AND ADVERTISING Trade tables, displays and advertising at the combined conference of the Australia and New Zealand musicology societies, Victoria University School of Music Wellington 27 - 30th November 2003 The conference extends for four days. At certain times the conference will be away from the School of Music building, such as 10 - 11.30 Thursday for a marae welcome and Saturday afternoon (proposed visit and sessions in Te Papa). The optimum times for trade tables are full day Thursday and Friday, Saturday morning and Sunday morning. TRADE TABLE rent $150 includes supply of tables and chairs where required but no display equipment includes small notice in conference booklet (logo if supplied, address,etc), measurement to be advised includes nearby lock up facilities (after day display in main foyer). Those interested should indicate the days on which their display will be 'manned'. INDIVIDUAL A general trading table for conference participants who would like to offer a recent CD, book, etc for sale. The conference will staff a general trading table at a cost of 20% of sale price. Those who wish to use this should also bring a flier or typed form for orders. We will only be able to process purchases in NZ$. Some small run publications could be marketed through SOUNZ The New ZEalandf Music CXentre (contact scilla@sounz.org.nz or negotiate at the conference) ADVERTISING - any publications which would like a larger advert in the conference booklet should contact us for information.
